Tetsu Kayama (加山徹, Kayama Tetsu, born August 8, 1975) is a Japanese actor from Tokyo. He is affiliated with Office Joe Shishido. On January 18, 2019, he changed his stage name from Tetsuo Yamashita (山下徹大, Yamashita Tetsuo) to Tetsu Kayama. His real name is Tetsuo Ikehata (池端徹大, Ikehata Tetsuo). He was born in Kanagawa Prefecture.
